This putter has a very "clean" look and has all the quality features of the JPutterman Collections...ALL wood, Hickory shaft, face-balanced, classy grips. Fun fact:  While persimmons are mainly known for their fruit instead of their wood, the wood is hard and heavy and prone to shrinkage in the drying process.  Just the same,  golf club heads (but not putters, for some reason) have been made out of persimmon for many years because of its excellent shock and wear resistance.  You won’t get too physical with a putter (I hope) so just consider the inlay a touch of nostalgia.
